Laura Dean graduated as a medical doctor from Cambridge University in 2000. 

Since that time she has completed a medical and surgical rotation in the UK and written three textbooks and over 20 online articles for the National Library of Medicine, in Bethesda, MD, USA.

In addition to her medical expertise, Laura Dean is highly proficient in the IT skills necessary for electronic processing.
